Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Regal Worldwide Extravaganza Emporium, LLC. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. We strive to provide a positive and enjoyable shopping experience which extends to how we handle Returns and Refunds. 


You have 30 days to contact us regarding returning an item from the date you purchase. You will receive store credit after this period.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition received.

Cash refunds will only be provided for broken and defective items or if the product was never received. We will also allow returns for products that did not match the description, i.e. incorrect color. 

  1. Your item must be in the original packaging.
  2. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase which will be verified.
  3. Please be prepared to provide a picture of the defective product in order to open a case in our system. 


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. You will be immediately notified on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). For some items, the shipping fee may be deducted. We do not offer free refunds in all cases. 

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Lost Packages

A lost package is one that does not show as delivered by the carrier. Wait it out a few days beyond the day of expected delivery. Packages can get delayed a day or so, or incorrectly scanned or sorted. It is not uncommon for a package to show up after the expected delivery date.

We always use tracking numbers and maintain evidence of delivery. If this is the case, then refunds cannot be issued for missing packages and the carrier must be contacted to open a claim for resolution. Unfortunately, we do not control the actions of delivery carriers. 


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
